This afternoon I had an appointment with the other Mr. Ah Kuang (the electrician) as I needed to give him the deposit for the additional distribution board for the 1st floor and extra wiring work. As a piece of advice for those who are planning to build a house, please include every little detail of the electrical fittings in the house plan to avoid additional payment and installation during construction. After viewing at the electrical works been carried out for the house, I requested additional sockets in front of the main entrance for water fountains, tv cables for Brunei tv reception (as they only going to provide cable for Astro) and a missing intercom and network/telephone line outside of the children bedrooms.
The brick layering work above the window frame has almost completed and I am also satisfied with the progress of the roof truss work.
